Job summary

Vanderbilt Health MRI Imaging in Wilson County is seeking a qualified MRI technologist to perform neuro and other MRI scans under radiologist supervision. You will ensure high-quality examinations while following department protocols and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include operating MRI equipment, handling patient interactions with empathy, and possibly administering contrast as directed. The role requires on-call coverage and contributes to a team focused on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with MRI protocols and safety procedures.
• Experience in neuro imaging is a plus.
• Strong patient interaction and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Use MRI to acquire cross-sectional scans and ensure high-quality images.
• Interact directly with patients and physicians to coordinate care.
• Follow safety protocols and assist with contrast injections as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain equipment care.
