Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved discipline specific program.
• Licensure by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiologic Technology.
• On-call availability or willingness to participate in on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures according to department protocols and patient load.
• Prepare and administer intravenous contrast media per protocols and maintain sterile technique.
• Record and archive images for evaluation and billing; ensure correct patient information.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort; communicate findings to radiology staff.
• Assist in scheduling, patient movement, and on‑call coverage as workload demands.
• Maintain equipment readiness and report issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and radiologists to coordinate care.
• Ensure age-appropriate patient care from neonatal to geriatric populations.
• Complete documentation forms for patient education and discharge as required.
