Responsibilities

• Performs all magnetic resonance imaging procedures according to established department protocols.
• Accepts assignments from supervisor and restocks/maintains work area and equipment.
• Performs venipuncture using sterile technique and administers intravenous contrast per protocol.
• Conducts safety checks, QA procedures, and documents equipment downtime as required.
• Communicates with hospital staff and physicians to exchange pertinent patient information.
• Demonstrates patient interaction skills across neonatal to geriatric age groups.
• Completes required RIS transactions and documentation for patient logs, education, and history.
• Contributes to a positive team environment and demonstrates professional attributes.
