Job summary

UCHealth’s GH MRI department in Fort Collins is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for a full-time, onsite role with weekend day shifts. You will perform MRI procedures, educate patients, monitor safety, and ensure high-quality imaging in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Technologist (RT) and registered in MRI or ARMRIT eligible with registry within 12 months.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross with current card through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; schedule and educate patients about procedures.
• Administer contrast media or medications when ordered; monitor patient condition.
• Prepare equipment, select exposure factors, ensure safety and quality control; troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform imaging; analyze results; address image quality issues and report scans.
• Operate with critical thinking in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
