Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered RT and MRI registry or registry eligible with registry within 12 months.
• BLS certification before start date and valid through the hire period.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and orders, educates patient about procedures and exam.
• Prepares and administers contrast media as appropriate; monitors patient condition.
• Prepares equipment, selects exposure factors, ensures safety and quality control.
• Positions patient, performs imaging, analyzes results and communicates findings.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
