Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association seeks an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging using magnetic resonance technology, prepare patients, select protocols, and acquire high-quality images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.

You will assist with MRI procedures, maintain patient safety, educate students and healthcare team members, and participate in safety protocols including implant assessments, ensuring ALARA principles are applied consistently.

Qualifications

• Certification from ARRT, NMTCB, ARMRIT, or equivalent is required; new graduates must obtain certification prior to employment.
• Proficiency in MRI safety, technical protocols, and patient care.
• Graduate of a radiologic technology training program; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and prioritize safety.
