Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to perform imaging procedures with a focus on patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers neuro, body, and extremity MRI, requires preparing and positioning patients, administering IV contrast as directed, and ensuring high-quality images while adhering to radiologist protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Certification from ARRT, NMTCB, or ARMRIT required upon hire; new graduates must obtain certification prior to employment.
• Graduate of a radiologic technology program; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of MRI safety procedures and imaging protocols.
• Ability to interpret images and perform quality control tests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI procedures for neuro, body, and extremity imaging following radiologist protocols.

• Enters data into imaging systems, processes images, and identifies anatomical structures.
• Performs equipment quality control and reports irregularities or malfunctions.
• Assists in supply management and acts as a liaison to support physicians and team members.
