Job summary

Shared Medical Services is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team. This full-time role involves working on a state-of-the-art mobile scanner, serving local communities, and contributing to a stable, employee-owned environment.

Responsibilities include performing MRI imaging with contrast under Radiologist guidance, thorough patient screening, and maintaining high standards of care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) or ARMRIT registered.
• ARRT (MR) registered preferred.
• Pass a pre-employment background check, urine drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures per accepted standards, including administering contrast under Radiologist guidance.
• Review and complete patient screening forms and explain procedures to patients.
• Maintain exceptional patient care, safety and confidentiality, with ongoing technical competency through CE.
