Job summary

Metro MRI Center in the Quad-City area seeks an MRI Technologist to operate high-field 3T and 1.5T scanners, perform MRI examinations, ensure patient safety, and provide quality diagnostic imaging. You will train and assist new technologists.

Required ARRT or ARMRIT registry (or within 1 year), 1–3 years' experience preferred, knowledge of MRI physics and anatomy, and on-call responsiveness within 45 minutes. Evening/weekend hours and a competitive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• ARRT or ARMRIT registry preferred or must obtain within 1 year of hire.
• 1–3 years of experience as MRI Technologist preferred.
• Knowledge of MRI principles and physics, anatomy, and safety protocols.
• BLS and IV skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-field 3T and 1.5T MRI scanners to acquire diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort; review images for quality.
• Train and assist new MRI technologists.
