Job summary

Associates in Medical Imaging, LLC is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MR examinations while delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care in a busy radiology department. You will follow imaging protocols, maintain safety, and collaborate with radiologists and other staff to produce diagnostic-quality images.

Requires ARRT certification, MRI credential, and at least three years of MRI experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in radiologic technology, magnetic resonance imaging, or related allied health program.
• ARRT certification; MRI credential may be required.
• Minimum of three years of MRI experience.
• BLS certification if required by site policy.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, accreditation, and organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient information, orders, consents, and MRI safety screening.
• Prepare, position, monitor, and educate patients throughout examinations.
• Operate MRI equipment and follow approved protocols to produce diagnostic-quality images.
• Review and transmit images, maintain accurate records, and complete quality-control checks.
• Follow all safety, privacy, infection-prevention, and professional standards; perform other duties as assigned.
