Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily MRI, on adult and pediatric patients. You will prepare patients and equipment, conduct studies independently, and handle on-call, portable exams, and site-specific tasks.

The role offers a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants with hours from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with holiday rotation and no on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Trade School degree.
• Licensing/certifications: RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES; IEMA (Illinois)
• CPR and IV therapy certifications preferred

Job description

Seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in MRI, on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently, and handling on-call, portable exams, and various site-specific tasks. Cross-training in MRI is available if the candidate is registered as an R.T.(R).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Associate or Trade School degree
• Certifications: Licenses such as RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES; IEMA certification for Illinois (excluding MRI)
• Experience: No experience required; preferred 2+ years
• Additional: CPR and Intravenous Therapy certifications preferred
