Job summary

RadNet is hiring an MRI Technologist to perform high quality MRI exams and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced radiology setting. You will administer contrast and adjust imaging parameters while guiding patients through the exam with clear communication.

Qualifications

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required.
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology preferred/required where applicable.
• Current BLS certification.
• Venipuncture certificate may be required depending on state regulations.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
• Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
• Administer contrast safely and effectively.
• Set up and adjust MRI parameters to produce high quality images.
• Guide patients through the exam, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
