Job summary

West Tennessee Healthcare in Napoleon, OH seeks an MRI Technologist to join our Radiology team. The role will perform and supervise MRI procedures, ensure safety and protocol compliance across patient ages, and process images in PACS. You will input data in RIS and provide patient education while meeting certification and ARRT requirements.

Qualifications

• ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology education.
• Current CPR certification.
• ARRT registry or eligible; must register within 1 year of employment.
• Proficient in performing MRI procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures on patients of all ages according to protocol.
• Reconcile, acquire and process images in PACS.
• Provide patient education and screen for contraindications to MRI.
• Prepare rooms and equipment; administer contrast as required.
• Operate and document using RIS; participate in daily QC measurements.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and department goals.
