Job summary

West Tennessee Healthcare in Paris, TN is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform and monitor MRI procedures on the day shift. You will operate MRI equipment, ensure patient safety, and deliver high-quality images in collaboration with Radiology staff.

Qualifications include completion of an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program, CPR certification, and ARRT registration within one year, with MRI experience preferred. On-call may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Education in radiologic technology with ARRT eligibility/registration.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• MRI proficiency and experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor MRI procedures on assigned shift.
• Supervise MRI procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Prepare room with supplies and equipment; calibrate and QC images.
• Process and reconcile images in PACS; use RIS for records.
• Explain procedures to patients and families; provide education.
• Assist with contrast administration as required.
• Maintain positive team environment and CAN DO attitude.
