Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Health System in Middleburg Heights is hiring an MRI Technologist I to join the Regional Radiology-Diagnostics Institute. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered MRI Technologist credentials (ARRT MR) or ARMRIT or equivalent ARRT credential.
• MRI certification required within one year of hire.
• Basic Life Support certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and related pathology.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI exams per protocol and ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients regarding MRI procedures, equipment and exams.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during and after the exam.
• Report equipment malfunctions and maintain high uptime.
• Instruct and mentor new hires and Radiology students.
• Attend in-service programs and professional sessions.
