Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Middleburg Heights Facility is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform routine MRI exams and educate patients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process.

You will work day/evening rotation, 6:30am–3:30pm or 10:30am–7:30pm, with opportunities to mentor new hires and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent ARRT pathway.
• ARRT registered technologist or ARMRIT/CNMT credentials in good standing.
• MR imaging certification required within one year of hire.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures per protocol and daily QA.
• Educate patients regarding MRI procedures and safety.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during and after the exam.
• Review patient data to determine contraindications.
• Maintain equipment up-time and report malfunctions.
• Process billing via RIS.
• Instruct and mentor new hires and radiology students.
• Attend in-service programs and professional sessions.
