Job summary

Intermountain Health Layton Hospital in Layton, UT is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a graveyard shift. You will perform diagnostic MRI exams, collaborate with radiologists and physicians, and ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety.

Ideal candidates have ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification, BLS, and IV competency with 1–2 years of MRI experience preferred. The role includes a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 and relocation assistance as applicable.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT or ARRt(R) cross-trained in MRI.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT/ARMRIT/MR competency in clinical/technical functions.
• Ensures proper patient identification and prep for exams.
• Performs exams per protocol and reviews image quality.
• Adheres to MRI safety guidelines and maintains a safe environment.
• Completes studies within acceptable time limits without compromising care.
