Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform routine and specialized MRI procedures across multiple sites in the Greater Sacramento area. You will produce high‑quality images while ensuring patient safety and privacy, and you may float between Auburn, Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom, Carmichael, and Yuba City.

The role requires independent judgment, strong clinical skills, and collaboration with clinicians.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from a Radiologic Technologist Program or Magnetic Resonance Program before start date.
  • CRT or ARMRIT or ARRT MRI certification before start date.
  • BLS certification.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic MRI principles, procedures, views, and equipment.
  • Experience responding to traumas and hospital emergencies.
  • Ability to perform routine MRI examinations.
  • Understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, RIS, LIS, EHR, EPIC, and PACS.
  • Ability to travel within the Greater Sacramento Area.

Requirements
