Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required and an accredited Radiology program diploma.
• Ability to handle medical and confidential information ethically.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Maintain MRI safety and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and collaborate with radiologist to obtain diagnostic images.
• Prepare and position patients; select parameters to produce high-quality cross-sectional images.
• Ensure timely submission of imaging and patient data to PACS with accurate history.
• Perform pre-screening, scheduling, and patient education related to examinations.
• Maintain department cleanliness and organization; assist with contrast injections under physician supervision.
