Job summary

South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers seeks an MRI technologist to perform diagnostic MRI procedures and oversee quality control. You will use RIS to schedule exams, track patients, and ensure accurate results. The role requires safety awareness and the ability to care for diverse age groups.

Required: graduate of a radiology program, CPR certification, and ARRT MR or ARMRIT credentials within 6 months of hire. Prior outpatient MRI experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiology School.
• Experience in outpatient MRI desirable.
• CPR certification required; ARRT MR or ARMRIT licensure within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI procedures and ensure quality control in MRI area.
• Operate RIS for scheduling, patient tracking and exam completion.
• Maintain safety and care for pediatric to geriatric patients.
