Job summary

South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers is seeking an enthusiastic MRI Tech PRN to perform diagnostic MRI procedures and ensure high quality imaging. You will manage scheduling and exam tracking in RIS, and support patient care across ages from pediatric to geriatric.

Must have graduated from a Radiology School and ideally some outpatient MRI experience. This role supports STRIC's outpatient imaging network in San Antonio, Schertz and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiology School.
• Previous experience in an out-patient MRI role desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge in all areas of Magnetic Resonance Imaging, positioning, procedure preparation and technical factors.
• Responsible for the proper use of the RIS (scheduling exams, patient tracking, film tracking, proper completion of exams).
• Demonstrates enthusiasm in performing and accepting work assignments.
• Provide care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
