Job summary

Advocate Health Care in North Carolina is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for Lexington Medical Center - MRI. This full-time role requires 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts, with weekends and holidays as needed.

You will perform high-quality MRI examinations under the supervision of ARRT-certified staff, maintain records, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient safety and comfort standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA or CMA accredited program in an imaging modality.
• Current registration with ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS and in good standing.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI exams with guidance from ARRT registered MRI Technologist.
• Schedules procedures and maintains patient records to support department efficiency.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintains up-to-date education/credentials and stays in good standing with apprenticeship sponsor.
• Ensures age-appropriate care and patient safety throughout procedures.
