Job summary

Atrium Health's radiology department is seeking a graduate of an AMA or CMA‑accredited imaging program to join our MRI team. You will perform MRI exams under the guidance of an ARRT registered MRI Technologist and contribute to efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.

Candidates must hold CPR certification and be current with ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS registration, with a commitment to ongoing education and safety in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA or CMA accredited program in an imaging modality.
• Certified in basic CPR, must be a current registered technologist with ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies and participates in in‑service education.
• Performs or assists MRI examinations under supervision to ensure high productivity.
• Schedules procedures and maintains records to support department efficiency.
• Assists with room preparation and supply restocking for patient care.
• Participates in activities to enhance patient care and service quality.
• Maintains education/credentials and remains in good standing with the apprenticeship sponsor.
• Ensures age‑appropriate care per guidelines for patient groups.
