Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams with a strong emphasis on patient safety and quality care. You will operate MRI equipment, position patients for optimal imaging, and ensure comfort throughout the procedure.

The role requires AMA/JRCERT accredited education, ARRT/ARMRIT certification at hire, BLS within six weeks, and potential on-call duties including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Completion of AMA/JRCERT approved radiologic technology program.
• MRI training or experience preferred.
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification required at hire.
• BLS certification within six weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI exams with safety and quality patient care.
• Position patient and ensure comfort during the exam.
• Administer contrast material as required.
• Document in patient records and schedule/billing via EMR.
• On-call rotation nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
