Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures utilizing MRI scanners and power injectors.
• Safely administer contrast or other imaging agents.
• Assess patient risk for allergic reactions to contrast media.
• Document deviations from protocol and patient-specific issues.
• Provide patient explanations using age-appropriate language.
• Complete post-processing, image display, and transfer for physician review.
• Routinely cover open shifts as competency allows.
