Candidates should have 1 year of MRI experience and must obtain ARRT, NMTCB, or ARMRIT certification within 90 days of hire, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• One year MRI technologist experience.
• Certification within 90 days by ARRT, NMTCB, or ARMRIT.
• Graduation from a JRC Accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures utilizing MRI scanners and power injectors.
• Assist with interventional and therapeutic MRI procedures as needed.
• Apply ALARA principles to minimize patient and staff exposure.
• Educate, mentor, and oversee students in the Radiology environment.
