Job summary

Responsibilities include optimizing imaging, evaluating data quality, and supporting education initiatives. The candidate may assist interventional MRI and participate in process improvements to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• ARRT (MR) / ARMRIT / NMTCB MR endorsement required.
• Graduate of a radiologic technology specialty training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of MRI technology, safety, and proper image acquisition.
• Ability to educate others and work collaboratively in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient identification, exam prep, and safety.
• Prepare and administer prescribed medications and monitor safety.
• Optimize imaging protocols and technical factors.
• Evaluate image quality and data transfer.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers; emphasize MRI safety.
• Assist with interventional MRI procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
