Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to join Intermountain Medical Center. You will perform MRI examinations, ensure patient safety and high-quality imaging, and collaborate with radiologists and staff to deliver accurate results.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour work week, sign-on bonus up to $5,000, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package within Intermountain Imaging.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification is required.
• ARMRIT certification is required.
• ARRT R cross‑trained in MRI is required.
• BLS for healthcare providers is required.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity, review orders, and prepare patients for MRI exams.
• Perform MRI exams per department protocols with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Operate MRI equipment and document patient information accurately.
• Follow MRI safety guidelines and infection prevention practices.
• Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to deliver excellent patient care.
• Assist with training and mentoring students and team members as needed.
