Job summary

Steinberg-Diagnostic-Medical-Imaging is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform magnetic resonance imaging under the direction of the radiology leadership. The role requires ARRT/ARMRIT MRI certification within 12 months, strong anatomy knowledge, and careful attention to safety and patient care.

The technologist will work with RIS/PACS and must maintain up-to-date licensure and follow all SDMI safety guidelines. Clinical excellence and teamwork are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Specialized MRI training with strong cross-sectional anatomy knowledge.
• ARRT/ARMRIT certification with MRI certification within 12 months.
• Ability to provide patient care appropriate to age.
• Knowledge of MRI safety, protocols, and contrast reactions.
• Familiarity with RIS and PACS.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI under direction of Chief/Lead Technologist, Technical Director and Radiologist.
• Maintain safety and follow SDMI policies and procedures.
• Handle patient preparation and positioning for MRI exams.
• Document required certifications and licensure timely.
