Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures in accordance with department policies, ensuring high-quality patient care. The role includes safety screening, exam accuracy, and assisting with training new staff.

Qualifications include ARRT licensure and a discipline-specific program graduate; 1 year of related experience is preferred. This full-time position may include a sign-on bonus and shift differentials where applicable.

Formación

• Licensure by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program is required.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews radiology exam requests and patient identification to ensure safe, appropriate and cost effective imaging.
• Applies broad range of skills to ensure exam is completed timely and meets quality and compliance standards.
• Provides MRI screening according to prescribed safety standards.
• Assists in orientation and training of new staff.
