Job summary

St Mary’s Health Care System in Athens, GA is seeking an MRI Technologist to join the Radiology Department. This full-time, day-shift position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include direct patient care and clerical duties under supervision, managing patient flow, greeting and transporting patients within the imaging department, and escorting them to the patient room or Emergency Department as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered MR or registry eligible with ARRT (MR)
• Current BLS certification
• Graduate of AMA-Approved radiographic technology program
• One year MRI hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care activities and clerical duties as assigned by MRI
• Direct patient flow through the department
• Greet and escort/transport patients within the imaging department and back to patient room or ED
