Qualifications

• American Registry Radiologic Tech (ARRT) registered.
• MRI certification required within one year of hire date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate 1.5 tesla GE MRI scanners and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain daily quality control of MRI equipment and uphold safety standards.
• Provide patient care and prepare patients for MRI examinations.
• Communicate mission, ethics and goals of the hospital with patients and staff.
• Adhere to HIPAA and hospital policies; collaborate with departments to support patient care.
