We are seeking a reliable and experienced PRN MRI Technologist to join our healthcare team on an as‑needed basis. This position is ideal for a motivated imaging professional looking for flexible scheduling while providing high‑quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures according to physician orders and imaging protocols
• Prepare and position patients for MRI examinations
• Ensure patient safety by screening for contraindications and monitoring during scans
• Operate MRI equipment while maintaining excellent image quality
• Accurately document patient information and completed exams in EMR/PACS systems
• Communicate professionally with patients and staff
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of MRI suite and equipment
• Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and facility safety standards

Qualifications

• ARRT (MR) certification preferred or eligible
• Current state licensure if required
• Previous MRI Experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Dependable, flexible, and able to cover shifts as needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
