Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester seeks a PRN MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using MRI, CT, and related radiologic techniques in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).
• Less than 2 years in medical imaging, MRI, or radiology preferred.
• CPR and IV therapy certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging studies using MRI, CT, and other modalities.
• Prepare patients and equipment, independently conduct studies, and ensure quality control.
• Maintain safety and support diagnostic and treatment processes in a hospital setting.
• On-call and portable exams as needed.

Preferred experience
