Job summary

TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Franklin, TN is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and support MRI department operations. You will ensure quality patient care in a fast-paced environment and assist the MRI Supervisor with day-to-day activities.

The role requires ARRT registration or eligibility within six months of hire, BLS certification, and an accredited radiology technologist program. At least one year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technologist program.
• Current ARRT registration, or eligibility for MRI registration within six months of hire.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the overall operations of the MRI department.
• Assist the MRI Supervisor with day-to-day operations, including Balancing budgetary constraints, equipment, and personnel needs; Implementing quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring exceptional care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development across the lifespan.
• Possess the ability to assess and address data reflective of the patient's age-specific needs.
• Deliver compassionate, holistic care while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by physicians. They ensure the delivery of quality patient care and manage day-to-day activities in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Facilitatethe overall operations of the MRI department.
