Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging. The role includes venipuncture when indicated and assisting radiology staff with sedation cases, under supervision of radiologists.

Ideal candidates will have ARRT (M) and MRT certification or ARMRIT, a completed Radiologic Technologist program, BLS, and at least 1 year of related experience; PRN hours apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and meets the MQSA guidelines.
• ARRT (M) combined with Texas Department of State Health MRT certification, or ARMRIT.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association.
• 1 year work experience, preferred.

Job Requirements

Education

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and meets the MQSA guidelines

Licenses And/or Certifications

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist certification, ARRT (M) combined with Texas Department of State Health certification (MRT), or ARMRIT
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association

• 1 year work experience, preferred
