Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking an MRI Technologist for PRN coverage. The role involves performing routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging, venipuncture when indicated, and assisting the Radiologist and nursing staff with sedation cases.

Candidates should graduate from an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and hold ARRT(M) or ARMRIT certification, with BLS. 1 year of experience is preferred in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and MQSA guidelines.
• Current ARRT (M) MRT certification or ARMRIT, with Texas State Health certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging.
• Assist Radiologist and nurses with sedation cases and venipuncture when indicated.
