Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks an MRI Technologist to perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging. The role includes venipuncture when indicated and assisting the Radiologist and radiology nurses with sedation cases.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT MRT/MQSA guidelines and BLS, and 1 year of work experience is preferred. Excellent patient care in a Magnet-designated hospital is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
• MQSA guidelines knowledge
• Ability to assist Radiologist and nurses with sedation cases

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and meets the MQSA guidelines

Licenses And/or Certifications

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist certification, ARRT (M) combined with Texas Department of State Health certification (MRT), or ARMRIT
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association

Work Experience

• 1 year work experience, preferred
