Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform tomographic imaging across diverse patient groups in an outpatient setting. You will ensure high-quality MR imaging while adhering to safety protocols and institutional standards.

Required: graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program or MRI program, and licensure/registries (RT with MR registry or ARMRIT/ARRT MR). BLS certification is required. Preference given to ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT MR credentials.

Responsibilities

• Operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

REQUIRED

1. Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
2. Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
3. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

PREFERRED

1. Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR)
2. One (1) year of training and experience in MRI.
