Job summary

Premier Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice in the Nashville area, seeks a skilled MRI Technologist to maintain imaging protocols and ensure a safe MRI environment. The role involves QC, patient screening, and IV injections as needed, with a focus on high-quality imaging and patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA Council of Education program in radiological technology.
• Certification by ARRT or ARMRIT.
• Requires current BLS.
• Ability to perform intravenous injections and establish effective working relationships with staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MRI protocols as directed by the MRI Coordinator/Lead.
• Perform daily QC on MRI scanners per ACR and state requirements.
• Maintain a safe MR environment with proper screening of individuals entering the MRI suite.
• Perform IV injections following OSHA guidelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MRI Examinations, positioning, and post-processing.
