Job summary

Midstate Radiology Associates is seeking a Full-Time MRI Tech Aide at MidState Medical Center in Meriden, CT. The role supports the radiology team under supervision, performing duties across modalities as needed and following department, hospital, state, and industry standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.30 per hour, based on qualifications and experience, with emphasis on safety, data entry, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification.
• At least one year’s experience in a radiology setting.

Responsibilities

• Practices radiation safety and protects patients and staff.
• Clean and disinfect equipment and maintain a tidy work area.
• Meets patient needs by age and condition.
• Inputs data in RIS to capture charges and information.
• Uses computer skills for reports and correspondence.
• Works as part of a team to deliver quality service.
