Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program (ARRT) or graduate from ARM RT (MR)
• BLS certification required
• Experience with PACS and digital technology preferred
• Ability to read and follow protocols and instructions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI exams according to protocols and selects software parameters to assist diagnosis
• Position patients and manage contrast media administration
• Ensure MRI safety by following contraindications and infection control practices
• Input data into RIS and transfer images to PACS
• Maintain equipment and exam rooms and perform QA testing
