RadNet is seeking an In Suite Assistant 1 to join our MRI team in the 21st century healthcare setting. You will support MRI technologists and radiologists to ensure patient safety, assist with coil setup, and help maintain a safe, efficient MRI suite while safeguarding patient information and belongings.

The role requires a high school diploma, BLS certification, and hands-on MR technologist assistant training with at least one year in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• At least one year experience in a medical setting.
• Completion of an approved MR Technologist Assistant program with hands‑on training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assist in lifting patients.

Responsabilités

• Assist MRI Steering Technologist and radiologists to ensure patient safety.
• Convey patient history to MRI staff for safety and screening.
• Set up coils, assist with schedule maintenance and cleanup of MRI suite.
• Safeguard patient property and Health Information.
• Safeguard medications on site according to policy.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
