Responsibilities

• Serve as a working MRI Supervisor, balancing hands-on clinical responsibilities with leadership duties.
• Provide day-to-day supervision to MRI staff and support a collaborative patient-focused environment.
• Perform clinical MRI tasks as needed to support patient care and department operations.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and efficient workflow with effective delegation.
• Coordinate staff orientation and annual performance evaluations.
• Support staff development through feedback, coaching, and performance conversations.
• Participate in staff interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
• Contribute to department policy development, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
• Maintain equipment performance and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance across the team.
• Assist with budgeting and control of supply and staffing expenses.
