Aerotek is seeking an Assembly Technician in Chaska, MN. The role involves wiring, programming, testing, and assembling electromechanical components for medical devices including MRI systems and robotic equipment.

Responsibilities span functional testing, troubleshooting, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to sustain a high-quality manufacturing process. Requires hands-on skills, safety focus, and the ability to work in a compact production environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in related assembly or electro-mechanical technician work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and BOMs.
• Proficient soldering on wires, terminals, through-hole components, and basic surface mount work.

Mansioni

• Assemble, wire, program, test, and package electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies with minimal supervision.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of large MRI machines and robotic systems.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure QA standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with minimal supervision.
• Record discrepancies and maintain accurate production records.
