Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an Assembler for the Minneapolis, MN area on a 1st/2nd shift basis. The role involves rotating across lines, performing tap soldering and snap assembly of medical devices, while following strict procedures under the Nonin Quality System.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay. Applicants should have at least 1 year of soldering or medical device assembly experience and be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1 year of soldering, medical, or electronic assembly experience.
• Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to sit, stand, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform tap soldering and snap assembly of medical devices.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and procedures.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete administrative functions related to business or regulatory.
• Report quality, process, equipment, and material issues to management.
• Provide hands-on training to coworkers when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to support manufacturing.
• Occasionally support other assembly lines as needed.
