Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking technicians for intermediate electro-mechanical assembly of robotic system modules in a structured production line environment in the United States. Qualifications

• Perform intermediate electro-mechanical assembly of robotic modules per approved docs and work instructions.
• Meet daily build targets while maintaining ISO 13485, FDA QSR and GDP compliance.
• Interpret assembly procedures to correctly build mechanical and electromechanical components across product modules.
• Conduct functional, electrical, and mechanical tests with calibrated tools and fixtures.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues and escalate complex problems.
• Document production activities and test results following GDP.

Responsibilities

• Assemble robotic modules per engineering specs with minimal supervision.
• Maintain production line discipline to meet targets and quality standards.
• Run functional and electrical tests using calibrated equipment.
• Document results in MES/ERP and DHR systems per GDP.
• Provide feedback on processes and fixtures to support continuous improvement.
• Assist in training and mentoring entry-level technicians.
