You will read detailed work orders and accurately document outcomes. The position requires precision, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work seated for extended periods across two shifts with overtime on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical assembly or electronic assembly.
• Experience working in a clean-room environment.
• Experience using microscopes in a production or laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with soldering in a medical device context.
• Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Comfort with repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while seated.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small plastic and electronic components for hearing aid and pacemaker batteries with a high level of precision.
• Use a microscope for assembly and quality inspection for up to six hours per shift.
• Handle tiny parts using tweezers and small hand tools with a steady hand and strong attention to detail.
• Follow detailed work orders and production instructions accurately.
• Complete required documentation clearly and accurately in English.
• Inspect parts under the microscope to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Work consistently in a clean-room environment and follow all clean-room protocols.
• Sit for most of the shift while maintaining focus and fine motor control.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support smooth production flow.
• Participate in overtime work on Saturdays as needed to meet production demands.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
