Job summary

Bayer seeks a Magnetic Resonance Sales Consultant in Texas to drive revenue for the MR portfolio across Houston, San Antonio, and Midland–Odessa regions.

You will build relationships with radiology leaders and procurement teams, deliver value-based MR solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to advance adoption. A bachelor’s degree and healthcare sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong knowledge of radiology and medical devices/contrast media.
• Proven success in driving adoption of imaging technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• CRM proficiency to manage opportunities and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the MR portfolio across assigned accounts and territory.
• Build relationships with radiology leaders, MR technologists, procurement, and VACs.
• Identify key decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes.
• Collaborate with NAMs, SAMs, AMs and cross-functional teams to integrate MR solutions.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan with defined goals and resources.
• Generate quotes and scope proposals in alignment with customer requirements.
