Bayer is seeking a Magnetic Resonance Sales Consultant to cover the San Francisco, CA metro area with expansion into adjacent markets. The role focuses on revenue growth for MR products, building relationships with radiology leaders and health-system stakeholders, and delivering value-based, consultative solutions.

Ideal candidates have radiology experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and a track record of driving adoption of imaging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven success in driving adoption of imaging technologies.
• Knowledge of radiology, medical devices and contrast agents.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex buying processes in health systems.
• CRM tooling (e.g., Salesforce) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets for MR portfolio across assigned accounts and territory.
• Build relationships with radiology leaders and MR stakeholders to expand Bayer presence.
• Identify key decision-makers and influence adoption across health systems.
• Collaborate withNAMs, SAMs, AMs and cross-functional teams to integrate MR solutions.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan with clear goals and resource allocation.
• Generate quotes and scope proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Log activities, opportunities and competitive intelligence in CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and support forecasting and territory management.
• Provide in-suite clinical and business presentations on MR products and workflows.
• Travel across assigned accounts to deepen engagements and drive adoption.
